About the role: Manage case portfolios – Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimal recovery outcomes. Conduct assessments – Perform face-to-face and remote evaluations to guide tailored intervention plans. Promote wellness – Deliver wellness programs, pre-employment assessments, and single-service solutions. Case conferencing – Attend client meetings and case conferences to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with colleagues – Work on joint files, sharing expertise to support client progress. Lead larger projects – Get involved in injury prevention strategies, job dictionaries, and other high-impact initiatives. What's on offer?
